Years of Experience
All of us know that essay marks play a key role in the mains stage. However, despite knowing this, I had not adopted a structured approach of preparing for the essay paper in my earlier attempts. I had misunderstood preparation for essay as collection of quotes, facts and figures etc. I must confess that even in this attempt, I would have done the same mistake had I not come across the telegram channel run by Peeyush sir. I implemented his advice in my essay paper this year and I believe it to be the major reason behind scoring a decent 139 in the essay. I hope sir continues with his efforts so that future aspirants can gain from his immense experience.

Sir,
Your feedback was truly insightful. You deconstructed my answer writing which minutely highlighted my mistakes. I gained new perspective for my answer writing. I never had such discussions in any of the mains test series before. It benefitted me immensely as I scored 404 Marks in GS this year.
Thanks a lot sir, grateful always!
AIR – 370 (UPSC CSE – 2020)
Face-to-face evaluation has been a unique experience. To just share one incidence, I was not implementing feedback given and after 3rd essay Peeyush sir plainly said,” you are wasting yours as well as mine time”, This crude way of telling harsh truth kept echoing throughout my preparation. Further, the detailed face-to-face scrutiny of each paragraph of my answer helped me to learn the nuances of answer writing. I feel this eventually paid off by way of great jump in my ESSAY marks from 122 to 147 this year.
Words cannot express my heartfelt gratitude for him. Thank you.
AIR – 92 (UPSC CSE – 2018)
A lot of factor contributed in my journey from failure to success (AIR 280) over the past 5 years. Being associated with M.S. sir & Peeyush sir was one of the major factors. I enrolled into GS mains test series and was immensly benefitted by the regular writing practice of quality questions. The personal guidance provided by M.S. sir and Piyush sir rectified my flaws and gave new dimensions to my GS answer writing. I immensely benefitted in ethics paper which boosted my marks from 89 (2016 mains) to 111 (2018 mains).
I thank M.S. sir and Peeyush sir for all the support provided.
AIR – 280 (UPSC CSE – 2018)
Though I had a rank before, I had struggled to improve my GS and interview marks. Peeyush Sir helped me immensely in structuring of my answers which I was lacking tremendously. Post-test discussions were highly enriching that provided a lot of fodder for my mains in 2019. Moreover, I sought his help during the interview also. The constant motivation, feedback and last minute confidence building calls just before the interview helped me to gain very good interview marks (187/275) this time. I am grateful to him in helping me fetch AIR 132 in CSE 2019.

Dear Peeyush sir,
You have been a great help in my civil services journey. The “face to face” interactions with you gave me a deep insight on how to improve answer writing. Your feedback used to be precise, crisp and accustomed to the demand of UPSC. It helped me in GS, essay and interview preparation.
Thanking you.
AIR – 154 (UPSC CSE – 2018)
I enrolled in Mains Test series especially for essay. The efforts put in by Peeyush sir & M.S. sir bore fruit as I scored 146 marks in essay. For that I would like to thank Peeyush sir & M.S. sir for the support, guidance in my preparation & also interview process. However I regret not writing all GS papers. As a result I fell from 455 marks in 2017 to 385 in 2018.
