· Fee paid for online/offline course could be refunded only if the request is made within 5 days of admission, in writing valid cause.
· Charges like GST may be adjusted.
· Respective Centers must be contacted if the concern is not addressed appropriately.
· No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Kalam marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like Holi, Diwali, specific examinations etc. These are limited-occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
· The Support Team may take appropriate action on case basis.
